If you order the wrong size, you can return the item (unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging) and exchange it for a different size, with no admin fees.

You’ll just need to cover the cost of returning the item to us, and we’ll send out your replacement size once we’ve received it. Please note this service can be used once per order.

We recommend carefully measuring your dog before purchasing, but if the fit isn’t quite right, we’ll make sure you can get the size you need.
