If you order the wrong size, you can return the item (undamaged) and exchange it for a different size, with no admin fees, you’ll only pay or be refunded any difference in product price.

Return the item to us and we’ll send out your replacement size once we’ve received it. Please note this service can be used once per order, contact us via our Contact page to send an email request for details.

We recommend carefully measuring your dog before purchasing, but if the fit isn’t quite right, we’ll make sure you can get the size you need.
