Returns

We hope you and your dog love your new Buddy and Barker gear. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Returned items must be unused and undamaged and include the original packaging.

If you purchased a Buddy and Barker product from one of our retail partners (and not directly from buddyandbarker.co.uk), please contact them directly regarding their returns process.

Things to Know

  • We recommend trying on your new gear indoors first, keeping the packaging intact, to ensure the right fit and style before heading outdoors.
  • Correct fit is important for both comfort and safety.
  • To be eligible for a refund or credit, products must be returned clean and in resaleable condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any delivery charges paid (unless the item is faulty or we’ve sent you the wrong item).
  • Delivery costs are refunded only on faulty items or incorrect orders. In these cases, please contact our customer service team before returning your order

How to Return Something

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@buddyandbarker.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll get back to you promptly with the returns instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
