Returns
We hope you and your dog love your new Buddy and Barker gear. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items must be unused and undamaged and include the original packaging.
If you purchased a Buddy and Barker product from one of our retail partners (and not directly from buddyandbarker.co.uk), please contact them directly regarding their returns process.
Things to Know
- We recommend trying on your new gear indoors first, keeping the packaging intact, to ensure the right fit and style before heading outdoors.
- Correct fit is important for both comfort and safety.
- To be eligible for a refund or credit, products must be returned clean and in resaleable condition.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any delivery charges paid (unless the item is faulty or we’ve sent you the wrong item).
- Delivery costs are refunded only on faulty items or incorrect orders. In these cases, please contact our customer service team before returning your order
How to Return Something

- We’ll get back to you promptly with the returns instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return delivery costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
