At Buddy & Barker, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Method
We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24, providing fast and reliable delivery with tracking updates.

Shipping Cost

• £3.50 flat-rate shipping on all UK orders

• Free UK delivery on orders over £45

Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 1–2 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to Royal Mail delays.

Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Buddy & Barker cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details.
